MY STORY

How I Started...

 

My love of photography began as a teen, with friends and family happy to be experimented on. I particularly enjoyed manipulating lighting to create moody portraits. I later balanced my taste for the dramatic with using natural lighting to capture realism and my subjects own moods, rather than my own projections.  My own beautiful children give me scope and endless opportunities to whet my photography palette and inspired me to take family and portrait photography further.

A passion for personality analysis mixed with my love of capturing raw beauty is the great precursor to my style. There is so much character and soul in undirected expression and when the photographic experience is easy, relaxed and natural.
